Just found a post on FM.net from AyoJube that there are several chrome wheels that can be painted. The awsome part is only the center of the wheel is colored leaving a chrome lip.

The trick: first you must buy a paintable wheel and apply the color of your choise. Then buy one of the confirmed wheels and install. The color has now transferred to your new chrome wheel.
I have not done this ..yet, but I will try it some time today.
